Agentis Energy is pleased to announce the installation of our first customer sites.  We have been working diligently towards this milestone and are pleased with the progress of the Acuity Solution, and the fact that we will be helping our initial customers drive their energy efficiency.

This past week Agentis exhibited at the Green Manufacturing Expo, a show co-located alongside the Assembly Technology Expo at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.  We were happy to make new connections, see familiar faces, and would like to thank those of you that stopped by the booth.  In conjunction with the show, we were thrilled to gain exposure in a Design News article featuring technologies exhibited at the show.  Agentis Energy is featured alongside fellow green exhibitor Bosch Rexroth and their new lightweight directional control valves.

We have been concurrently interested in adding a more sophisticated news section to our own website.  This updated news section will feature company news, industry news, and past newsletters. One such article that we feel may be of particular interest is a preview of Carbon Disclosure Project’s Global 500 and S&P 500 Reports.  This report is a compilation of questionnaires sent to 3700 of the world’s largest corporations.   The 2009 results show that a majority of these companies are now setting carbon reduction targets, and those targets are getting more aggressive than in previous years.  The report in its entirety can be downloaded here.
