(CHICAGO)—Agentis Energy has been selected as one of 20 finalists to present business plans at the Great Lakes Symposium’s Innovation Marketplace on Tuesday, October 18, 2011. The event will be held at Hermann Hall on the Illinois Institute of Technology Campus in Chicago, Illinois.
Agentis Energy’s CEO, Tim Stojka, will lead the presentation to the Innovation Marketplace panel that includes some of the biggest corporations with interests in the smart grid space, including: Exelon/ComEd, GE, Silver Spring Networks and Eaton, among others.
Agentis partners with utility companies and their business customers to drive energy efficiency through the use of new information systems. Their innovative energy data analysis and delivery approach made them a 2011 Clean Energy Challenge finalist as well as an inaugural member of the Illinois Institute of Technology “Smart Grid Cluster.”
The Great Lakes Symposium regional event is organized by The Illinois Manufacturing Extension Center, along with the Clean Energy Trust and Illinois Science Technology Coalition and others.
